    COON BALLS

1 young coon, 6-8 lbs., dressed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Coon Brand cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick

When the sun goes down, put on headlamp on cap. Load a good coon hound into pickup and drive out into the country near corn field. Turn hound loose. When he trees a nice fat raccoon (coon) tie up the hound and shoot coon out of tree. Dress same and cool thoroughly. NOTE: If unable to locate coon may substitute 1 pound pork sausage.Let cheese and sausage warm to room temperature. Mix all ingredients well and form into small size balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve hot.
