Here’s the order - judge destroys the rule.
Anyhow, no specific reference to being GOA member on date GOA filed suit, date of TRO, etc. So I can’t say if joining GOA today or tomorrow gets you protection under the TRO.
Interesting though is that the TRO is in place only until 6/2/24. I have...
I don’t know for sure. When the tro was issued on the pistol braces rule the court wasn’t specific, and the general opinion of so-called experts was that joining after the court order would still give rights under the tro.
I’ll see if I can dig up any specifics, including what the actual text...
TRO granted. Does not include LA, unless you are a member of GOA.

Without citing specific locations in the rule (and only after skimming through a fraction of the document) my conclusion is that the ATF’s position is that the rule only “clarifies” the Act passed in 2022. So in effect everything supposedly clarified via the rule has already been in place. In...
Actually I AM one of those St. George people! So when I play dress up I carry an Ascalon clone, not a Naboo blaster.
Sigh… perhaps I should back down. You know the old saying… “Never bring a sword to a Naboo blaster fight.”
Any of you boys ever dealt with that jdindadell fella? I ran into him a couple times. Sumpin ain’t right with that boy. Not sure I should transact with him. I bet he dresses up like his favorite gun-wielding movie character with a Naboo blaster strapped to his hip. I ain’t judgin’, I’m just sayin’…
