so you want to give the control of this to the gubment also, simply because the "public" can't make responsible decisions with it. i'm sure you have bought somehting irresponsible with your paycheck, so just go ahead and sign the rest of that over to them also. Guns can be deadly with just 1 bullet in them, we really need to make them illegal, this should be on top of your list.

I am just trying to make a point that 2 beers will get you .08 blowing in the tube. People are driving around oblivious on cellphones, eating, doing makeup, on prescription medicine and just plain ignorant and can you test them for stupid?
Not to mention the laws keep getting stiffer and the people with connections still end up with 4 or 5 DUI's. One of our lawmakers gets a ride from the cop after he crashes into a telephone pole. You don't even hear about that.
So much for personal responsiblity.
