Can anyone recommend someone who can fix the dove tail on my old Rossi 22 pump?
The rear site fell out years ago, I bought a new one and it is still loose fitting. Finally took the time to dig it out the safe and attempt to get it fixed.

Take a center punch and peen the edges of the dovetail on the sight. You can move enough material to tighten the fit up, then apply some blue or red loctite
    If you're in BR I'll gladly lend a han@
I am in walker, so Covington is a decent ride for me with gas prices these days. I won't fully discount making the trip though, if I can't find something more local. Thank you

Clean surfaces as bright and shiny as possible and make sure everything is oil free before the Loctite step---you ought to
good to go for another 100 years. Good luck.

If your against peening the gun, I've attempted to peen the replacement part. Check the part first, some don't play well with peening

Thanks guys. I have been meaning to try the feeler gauge method but couldn't find one around the house.
Peening the sight sounds like a winner also, I'll probably give it a go this weekend when I get time.
