Breast Milk. When I was big into bodybuilding I knew of a guy who used to purchase breast milk online from some lactating female he didn’t know. His reasoning/ theory was that the nutrition he got from it was “made for growth”

Idk if you’d consider that used or second hand but it seemed like it fit on the list of things not to buy from others used.

I’ll be the first to give a serious answer though. Never buy any safety equipment used. Motorcycle helmets, child car seats, they all have expiration dates for a reason.

Idk how it's exactly done but there is a big thing with mother's asking for breast milk from other mother's. I'm guessing it's all local transactions. I see the posts on facebook asking for it.
