      I like the Ameriglow protector series. Trijicon HD & HD XR are also great but twice the cost.

      Concealed Carry classes

      FRC Range in Baton Rouge holds them most weekends. You can view their schedule and reserve a spot on their website. I'm not familiar with who holds them in the Lafayette & Opelousas area.

      Non Micro 9 CCW

      I still carry a VP9SK most days. I've tried out a Hellcat and Shield Plus but prefer a thicker grip to draw with.
