      St. Bernard cop was going to arrest someone with CCW after making him exit with his firearm concealed. CCW holder insisted he call a supervisor. Supervisor showed up CCW holder uncuffed, apology given and sent on his way.

      I carry strong side / right hand. The reason is if something happened you have to unbuckle your seatbelt, your hand is there and so is the gun. Draw and shoot or unbuckle and draw as you bail. Also I can get out and walk away CCW. Best of both worlds. I never argue with how someone else carries...

      Vitter was instrumental in getting our CCW passed while he was in the state legislature. He’s always been a hardcore Second Amendment supporter. Govern Foster, Governor Jindal (when he was working for Foster) and Senator (then representative) Vitter fought hard fir CCW.
