I would love to learn this skill

Traditional bows are 99% technique. Just get a bow thats in your budget. Recurve/ long bows are simple but effective. Compound bows you need to pay more attention to things like arrow spines, wear on cams and springs ECT. If you do get a compound I recommend having a metal detector when dialing...

When using Tapatalk I have to log out and log in everytime I visit the forum. If I am reading a forum and close my phone and comeback to reading. I have to logout and login again. Is that part of the new system? Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk

      Making a tomahawk

Similar to bronze in hardness. Its a 90% copper 8% aluminum and 2% tin. I did some slugs with the same pour and really impressed the thump it did on a tree lol. Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk

I used my cabinets shop table saw to cut the relieve to accept the blade and I warped an armana blade. (Not the cheap home depot blades)...

      Making a tomahawk

So this journey started one year ago. I 3d printed a head I wanted to use. Then sand casted and poured with Nordic gold (not real gold) my father in law ended up surprising me with some African black wood (super super hard stuff) then yesterday I decided to pin the blade with purple heart so I...

      Rust on AK

Just put a good coat of oil on the entire rifle. I recommend 3 and 1 oil to stop the rust. If your going to spray paint it, I recommend masking off the bolt area. Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk

Nice find! Would be a nice display piece in the ol man cave. Old war rifles are hard to come by with matching numbers. Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk
