      I feel like just leaving it for the FFL to do what they want can cause legal issues and me taking it could also cause issues. Just waiting it out now (and asking you fine folks for advice). If I have to take the rifle, oh well, I have a cool new rifle.

      That's the funny thing is that I did pay for it, within 1 hour of getting the invoice. I just got backed up by the law, a contract and my CC company. Ok, that sounded a bit dramatic, but you get the idea.
