I don’t think I would want to shoot a pistol that shoots 140mm. Come to think of it, I don't think I'd want to shoot any 140mm unless it was attached to something like a tank.

I'll one up you on price, Granite Ridge Outfitters have them for $69.95 (http://www.graniteridgeoutfitters.com/Magpul-MBUS-Front-and-Rear-Sight-Set-Various-Colors-MBUS-SET.htm). Black and Grey are in stock, the others are on backorder. I have a set of FDE ordered and per their email should be...
Get with a lawyer, you have proof of history of being a productive member of society since you got into trouble. It can be done, but can be a wait for the legal process to complete (up to a year sometimes). Keep your head up and it will happen.

I have been impressed with what I have seen from AP, I have been wanting to get one of their blem matched upper/lower G2 to build from. Their limited run Battleworn Orange/Grey is sharp.

because those that don't understand guns that make the laws think that FMJ from a rifle will penetrate to the center of the earth and/or cause a nuclear explosion?
I had wondered that also. I think that Biden would be president due to succession, but then I think there could be a challenge of the 2008 election (would that end up with McCain as president? Yuck) or even the 2008 Democrat Primary results which would then mean that the Democrat candidate would...
MCT looks interesting. I think that the state needs to change the hunting/fishing license requirement to use ranges on WMAs, other states I have lived in don't require that.
I think they need to get rid of the requirement to have a hunting/fishing license in order to use the range. Other states that have ranges on WMAs & State Parks don't require you have a license, you just pay a parking/use fee.
Moved to the state in September. Found the site while googling for shooting ranges near by, found the thread about the buffer zone. Noticed that the thread is 5 years old and the zone has signs saying that it is county property (no shooting allowed). So back to looking for an inexpensive range :(
