From what I've been hearing you should be getting your approval any day now. You called the ATF to check on the status of you approval?
One way to curve the waiting blues is go buy another suppressor!!!!
Purchased a Surefire Ryder SA-22 on Friday. Anyone have experience with one? It is really light, I like that.
This is will be my 4th suppressor. I guess I've got the bug!
We go make a night hunt with one of the farmers that has a rifle mounted night vision IR scope and a thermal camera for scanning the woods. We will be 40-50 yds from a dozen pigs and they have no idea until we shoot. Its pure awesomeness!
I got it from lightmalls.com. they are a fraction of the price of other lights. I paid $40 for the light charger and two batteries. The website sells the lights directly from China. So you are cutting out the middle man.
I have been buying my 300 blk out ammo from right2bearammo.com. I was using the 150gr jsp when I shot this pig. The shot was only about 40yds but it did drop the pig in its tracks. I have bought a few boxes of ammo from that site and I don't have a complaint.
I'll see what I can do about some pics.
No they were not e-filed. That came about right after we submitted the paperwork to the Feds through snail mail.
Just got the call from Bowie's that my m4-2000 and 762-SDN-6 are approved. Going pick them up at lunch, and they are in just in time for the hog hunt this weekend in Texas.
I just received the state approval from the state for a suppressor I started in Oct. 2012. I was going back and forth with the state that whole time. They lost my paperwork then they didn't have all the paperwork blah, blah, blah.
Well when Aug. 1 rolled around and state approval wasn't needed...
From the conversation I just had with an ATF agent you can expect to get your suppressor on 08/04/14.
Kind of depressing uh haha!
I know how you feel I have 3 pending right now.
I just called the ATF to check on two form 4s. They said it takes 90 days to get in the system and then 9 months from when it gets into the system to when it gets approved.
Just doing some simple math that is 12 months from when the ATF cashes your $200 check until your form 4 gets approved...
While he is shouldering the gun you can hear the bolt slam shut. It's at 0:49.
He must of emptied the first mag and the bolt locked back on its own so he didn't have to mess with the charging handle.
Not to start an argument or anything just don't see what you see in the video.
