Heck, anywhere in Kenner or Metarie you go, there's gonna be great food! And usually not as pricey as in the French Quarter. Kenner Seafood on Loyola is great, and Metarie has Acme Oyster House, as well as bunch of other big-name places. But if you just stay on Loyola, you should be very happy with the options and the quality.
