I have 3 TP’s and a little METE. They’ve all been good to me. Can’t say I’ve heard anything negative about them. Turkish goodness.

I have two, a modified SFX with a red dot I have had for several years. And a Rival Dark Side with prob the best mass produced factory trigger to be had. My Rival will shoot rings around that new DD pistol for $1200. Two 18 round mags with it, cost me about $550 new. Never missed a beat from the first round either. Like me some Canik.

I have a TP9, SFT, Elite Combat Executive, Elite SC and a Rival-S. I love them all! I initially broke them in with heavy (147gr) for around 500 rounds now they will eat anything. Caniks are sprung for heavier loads but as they break in they get better. Trigger wise, you can compare it to Walther PDP and PPQ. 4lbs with a really crisp break and shortest reset! If you ever want to talk Canik, count me in!

Everyone I know is happy with theirs including an Army vet who was allowed to deploy with one due to a shortage of M9's.
I would have bought one if I didn't already have several Glocks and HK VP's.

I’ve owned 5 or 6 now over the years. Great guns that run as advertised in my experience. Never had a faulty one or one that I didn’t like. Canik also sells spare parts for them. Most probably don’t care about that but for me personally I like having the ability to tinker, do periodic maintenance, or just having spare parts.

I still see reports of some not running 115gr 9mm when new but they clear up over a few boxes of ammo. I just got mine back from recoated a second time because I can't make up my mind on colors. I guess I'll be keeping it.

Edit* Typically when people mention some don't like 115gr when new, some are compelled to post their has worked flawless. Which kind has even with the layers of cerakote caked on. I'm not here to bash.

A few months ago I got a TP9 DA for a great price (well south of $400). Have run about 500 rounds through it. Smooth shooter, accurate, and a great factory trigger. Crisp, noticeable, short reset. 18 round capacity but pretty thin. Can carry it concealed when dressed for cool weather. Very happy with the purchase.
