Also, how does one get a previous arrest for explosives expunged? I understand getting a misdemeanor charge expunged fairly easily, but something as serious as manufacturing explosives? Wonder what happened there.

Every time you mix Tannerite, you are manufacturing explosives. It's not illegal.

Transporting explosives is very illegal.

So I'm a bit confused by this article.
