You got something against cast iron? Gimme some skillet brah!
I strictly cook in stainless with stainless utensils, 100% of the time, even frying eggs.
I clean with a combination of no-scratch scrub sponges and coarse stainless scrub pads, using Dawn soap. That is all.

In my opinion cast iron is high maintenence compared to stainless, and I've never seen any benefit to cast iron over stainless. Many people love cast iron, and I don't hate on it, it's just not my way.

All of my cookware is All-Clad, some D3 and some Copper Core, with a side of two other All-Clad offerings that aren't layered in the body. Almost 100% of my other kitchenware pieces are All-Clad, including utensils, bowls, collander, etc., with a few utensils and tools being Rosle. I take great pride in my kitchen as I firmly believe the kitchen is central in all our lives. Cooking and eating are almost ritualistic, which goes hand-in-hand with the fact that the majority of your health comes from your diet.

Yes I have thousands of dollars in kitchenware for cooking and eating, but just like a fit body, a quality kitchen is a gift to yourself. I've invested in my kitchen for the long term, low maintenance, and health.

What about the Air Frier Fairies.
I don't do electric kitchen gadgets other than a Bunn coffee maker. I toast bread in a pan on the stove (rare), cook rice in a saucepan on the stove (all the time).

I've given some thought to an air fryer but I can't figure out for the life of me how I'm supposed to season, batter, fry and eat air. WTF?!

"Even though you're attracted to more than one gender, you don't find yourself attracted to all genders."

Hmm, this is the problem, more than one is 2 or more. Since there are only 2 genders (xy-male and xx-female), then if you happen to be attracted to more than one gender, then you are attracted to all of the genders...

The main issue is that the word gender is not being used correctly... What you are and how you feel are 2 completely different things, and your gender really does not dictate how you feel.

I'm a straight guy but I am not attracted to all straight women. In fact, the women that i am attracted to is a strikingly small number compared to the number of women that I have met, and then there are all of the women that I have not met to consider. So just saying that I am straight does not really mean much, as you could theoretically surround me with more women than I could count and I could not find any of them attractive.

Yes my "physical gender" matches my "mental gender" or whatever you would like to call how i feel about my sexual preferences, etc. I understand that not everyone out there has this.

So the straight label only indicates that I an not interested in any person who is the same gender as me... Somewhat useful bit of info, but it does not fully complete any train of thought.

Another way to look at this is that as a guy I have met a bunch of other guys and they are all different. The "manly men", hunters, woodsmen, etc are more masculine than the other end of the spectrum, such as office workers, artists, and likely some other people that I am offending by pointing this out. They are all still straight guys, but they are all different. So the label of "man" does not really indicate much when you try to use it as a comparative term. If there were 10 guys in a room and you were trying to describe 1 of them to me, using the term man would be worthless. Age, race, hair color, build, or any other descriptive identifier would be needed, just saying that the person is male would be pointless.
