Looks ok - like stated above, a nice looking modified/modernized Camero.
FOR $170 LARGE??? Seriously? (Maybe I misread.)
you didn't misread. "2024 Chevelle 70/SS prices will start at a cool $175,000"

here is a better article without those MSN clickbait slides → new Malibu

Top of the line engine is a 454 with twin turbos makin 1500 HP. No EV poop here.

I'd don't know, if I had 150 billion $ I'd order one with the 900 HP in candy apple red paint a mile deep. Elon Musk or amazon guy money.

If it's anything like the trans am, the high price is due to you having to buy a camaro and then having it modified. That's 40 to what 60k, spending on model, on top of their fee for modifieng it

This isn't mass produced, so all the conversion parts and the labor won't be cheap.

For the comments about my older model xx car is much better. Well in some ways I'll agree. I love the 60s and 70s but I grew up in the 80s and 90s. So I got a warm spot for the 3rd and 4th gen fbody and the fox body and sn95 stangs. I have some really great memories of seeing all those cars cruising and racing as little kid. I remember being 14 when the 4th gen fbody came out... Beautiful cars.. Especially the Pontiacs. The dreams of owning one, working on it, the racing and the arguments of performance between friends... That's why these cars need to keep being produced, no matter how different they are from their predecessors.

My son and I stopped at a ford dealership after hours this past Sunday . One of the Mustang GTs had the door unlocked.... He sat in it and I seen that spark light up. It actually reminded of the day I sat in a newly released Dodge Stealth RT awd. I was 12..the salesman gave me all the literature he had on the Stealth. Unfortunately, my parents did not agree with my stance on why we should buy one and instead we drove off in a Dodge B250 conversion van. Something about 5 kids wouldn't fit in the Stealth is what they told me.
