I've been wearing a 5 stitch Instructor by The Wilderness for at least 7 years. Had to send it back once to get the velcro replaced at nominal cost. Also have a High Noon Holsters leather for when that is more appropriate dress.
2 AR-15 billet style upper receivers in FDE by 80% Arms. One without dust cover, one without forward assist. Paid $180 and $150. $125/each or both for $200. Both are unused, just not what I need for the builds I'm working on. Donaldsonville area.

Dr. Robert Easton at Surgical Specialty Center on Bluebonnet replaced both hip joints in about 2 hours. Went home the next day. No pain meds needed after day 5. Drove to store day 10. No complaints after 8 months.
I want to replace a 1:12" twist barrel with a 1:7- 1:9" twist to be able to use 70-75 gr. bullets in my Browning X-Bolt. Does anyone know a supplier for said barrels or a gunsmith that will do this work?
Got a new Browning X-bolt in .223. Sighted in with Wolf 55 gr. FMJ. Looked good. 1-1/2" groups at 100 yd. Wanting to hunt with it so I got some Hornady 75 gr. HPBT rounds. Groups went up to 6"+. Looks like the bullets are passing through the target with some yaw. Apparently the twist isn't...
For example, when switching from $$ defense rounds to hard ball ammo for plinking. "W-W" = Winchester-Western. Throat and bore are clean. Pardon my misspeak on clip vs magazine. Think I will break out the micrometer and check O.D. of several rounds.
