CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

Please explain how it brings an added layer of danger to both. I don't understand that part.

Um...yeah. So are you saying you don't want to a problem or you do want to be a problem?

      New Olight Osight

That's pretty much why I stopped watching his videos. I never saw him review a bad product.

Holosun has solar charging and a battery that doesn't need to be changed. olight just released a product that requires you to maintain control of a proprietary charging system. If I were holosun, I'm not sure if I'd be concerned with them beating me on this one.

You can put it on the handgun and only carry it when you're riing your moped.

CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

I would believe they wouldn't apply. You don't need a chp to open carry so it would seem to be unfair to force someone to have more restrictions simply because they have the unneeded permit.

CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

I've heard zero stories from anyone in this thread who was treated like a cop shooter. I think it would be unlikely that they would. I can't speak to the individual techniques. There's a number of factors that he may or may not have considered: training, time of day, area of stop, number of...

CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

The law is there because you are unable to vouch for anyone other than yourself. There are plenty of people who had no intention of doing something they did based on a spur of the moment decision. And let's back up a bit. In the overwhelming majority of cases, the interaction is based on your...

CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

An ad hominem is a classic tactic that people use to create a diversion. It's frequently employed when they don't possess the information needed to refute something and they refuse to concede a point. You can call it word salad but you failed to point out anything wrong with what I said. And...

CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

The bullet fired from a gun is not more or less lethal based of the reason for the interaction. And while they may know you don't have a record, they may know if you have or have had a chp. And while statistics may indicate someone with a chp may be safer than the average person, having a chp...

I don't blame you for ignoring the post. You're arguing from emotion. It's tough to back up an emotional argument when facts don't support it.

Although you didn't say it, you decided to jump in and quote my reply to his claim. It's reasonable to conclude you wanted to play his game too.

CCW Duty to Notify -CHP vs. Constitutional Carry

You're making a strawman argument. I did not say that police were perfect. Nor did I say bad outcomes shouldn't be looked at to see if something better could be done. It seems you are pretending I did because that's an easier question for you to answer. The suggestion was made that stories like...
