      In my youngest driving years I drove American vehicles, then I started reading, researching. Things I read went hand-in-hand with my experiences. I kept researching. I chose Japanese and like you, the rest is history. Minus heavy duty vehicles, sell me one of the top Japanese vehicles.

      I agree! I was eyeballing a new Lexus GX but passed when I saw they no longer put V8s in their full-size SUVs. For an SUV of that size I want a V8 for all the American reasons. Oddly enough Lexus offers an IS with a V8 but not a GX, but I'm not spending the extra money for V8 power in a sedan...

      That's why I love Lexus. While I am a VERY Proud American, American auto manufacturers need to step up their game. The Japanese are leading the way by a large margin. I refuse to drive American vehicles.
