I'm sure the caricature you paint exists but, in my limited selling experience, I always do a BOS with DL with no problem. For a rifle, "broken in" could mean "broken down" if it's got a high round count with an eroded throat. -

Want to get better at long range shooting
Often left out in this topic is having an adequate scope. If your reticle lines cover most of the bullseye, you have a problem. For me, a 16x is minimum for a two-inch bullseye at 100 yards. At 300 yards I'll go 35x-40x. But that's just me. -
