      Takedown lever will only turn about 15 degrees. It appears that the lever is interacting with the guide rod, because the rod pushes forward when trying to turn lever. Any advice would be appreciated!

      An in-state LA drivers license inquiry by LE indicates whether or not the person is a permit holder and I would have to assume that an out-of-state requestor would get the same information.
