I put a cup of apple juice and a pack of onion cup a soup in the bottom.
I am almost finished with our raffle pit for the Hammond BBQ competition in late March. This years pit is a custom UDS (Ugly Drum smoker).
The tickets will be on sale at Alack Culinary in Hammond after Thanksgiving.
I am looking for some 55 & 30 gallon steel barrels with removable top on the Northshore. New or Used. I want to make a few Drum Smokers (UDS).

It is my own version of a BBQ Guru. A controller for my smoker.
Basically, a PID with fan attachment and an ATV battery using a K thermocouple to sense temperature.
It blows air on the fire if the pit temperaure drops below the set temperature.
