      I read a ton of books. Actually one of my favorite is the rich dad poor dad series. I then bought a ton of others. Find a good real estate agent who works with investors all of the time. Definitely set up LLC's. Property taxes and insurance eat up about 1/2 of what I get in rent every month...

      Gas vs inertia

      Benelli..... I have owned a bunch of them, and will never own any other type of semi-automatic shotgun. I put over 2000 rounds through a Super Black Eagle II without any kind of cleaning or failure. Just remember to keep it oiled. When you do decide to clean, they are simple and easy to take down.

      Firing pin problems

      You need to pull the bolt out, disassemble and clean. If there is a little bit of build up of powder, or a spec of dirt in the hole that the firing pin moves it can cause the pin to not extend fully forward. What ammo? Cheap Remington's seem to have a very hard primer. Try other ammo, some...

      A5 Browning/chopped

      I have seen a couple of chopped ones, and they always seem to function fine. They are however extremely loud, and have a bad recoil. Oh wait were talking about an A5, you already knew that they kicked like a mule and were louder than any of my ported guns.

      anyone carry an M&P compact?

      9C here, I had a .40 full size M&P and hated it. I went to a 9c and fell in love. It points well, and I have confidence in it. Mine rides in a bearclaw holster.
