I think the reason it took so long for planes to fall, and we'll prob see it explained later, is that it radiated from a certain area. As the wave passed over the area, planes fell and cars died. The average CCW issue time?
Mine came 10 days (not just business days but actual time) after I dropped off and did my prints at LSP HQ. Go in and do the prints there, it speeds it up. I know someone that applied two weeks before me and is still waiting.- Chrisp
