PCPs for Varmit hunting
I have a 25 cal Edgun Matador Long R3M. I have it turned up to get most velocity (~990 FPS) with best accuracy. But it can be turned down to be VERY quiet. I have taken squirrels with it easily out to 65 yds. -

Savage 111 .243 Hard to open bolt after firing
If the spent casings seem fine (no cratered or blown primers), it could be the bolt lift is just tough. They do make a bolt lift kit that helps reduce the force needed to operate the bolt. You can google savage bolt lift kits and they are out there. -

Yes it can be added to the DL, along with hunter ed and boater ed. You have to have the documents with you when you renew your DL for them to add it. I got everything added to my DL when I got the real ID. -
