Of all the things going on in this state, this is the one I care about least and it has the most press. Let's stick to the issues, Gov, and stay out of the clickbait.
The Ruger Americans always shot well above their price class but felt a little cheap, the Gen 2's are much improved in their feel and will still shoot lights out I bet.
I have one of their knives, similar to that one but a different profile. It's light and sharp as hell, holds an edge well cleaning game and sharpens back up easily. They are a little pricey, you can get other American knives with lifetime warranties like ESEE for less, but I like my Montana.
They are decent, but catch one of their many sales and get them half off or BOGO with a buddy. I have the older version buds, sound quality is OK on the ambient, but directionality is good and bluetooth works well. My Howard Leight muffs are better but I like the low profile buds for rifle work.
he covered it, basically any use where you are being compensated or as part of a job. You have to register with the FAA and take an in person knowledge test, it's difficult but not impossible. Test is $175, every 2 years you renew but it's an online test.
I've got a buddy who has had some success this season (his first) doing just that. Artemis Drone Services. I've got my commercial drone license but those thermal drones are $$$!
