AR piston conversion recommendations

Anybody going to Sherbourne tomorrow (Saturday, May 7th, 2011) An Army buddy, my Dad, and I will be there with a variety of things to shoot, and bunches of ammo. .223 ammo in Baton Rouge
Now that I'm finally a .223 owner, where's the best place to get plinking ammo around the Baton Rouge area? And what's the most cost efficient plinking ammo that won't cause a lot of problems? Hi everyone. I've been shooting various things for the last 20 years or so... everything from my Gamo .177 pellet rifle, to a 120mm smooth-bore cannon.
