Cosmoline: keep it on or take it off?
I just got some surplus AK magazines and they have a pretty heavy coat of cosmoline on them. I wasn't sure if I should leave it on or take it off with some mineral spirits. These mags will most likely stay loaded and kept in ammo can. Should the cosmoline stay or go? Any help is appreciated thanks.
