The quote says he threatened to start killing people, as if his stated intention was to start killing at random rather than target people carrying out illegal EO orders to usurp fundamental 2A rights.

      Of course it will. That's why ammo prices will be astronomically high if Obama issues an EO restricting ammo imports. The net effect would be a huge reduction in supply during a time of great demand.
