      I got same thing, except request for fingerprint cards came Certified Mail. Had them done and sent to BR certified mail. This was early June 2022. Anyone know what CHP status "HELD" is ? I don't expire until late September.

      Check the "duty to inform" (to Law Enforcement) for the state you will be in. Some require, some don't.
