      ^^^^ what he/she (sorry don't know your gender) said. I bought 3 different guns at three different dealers all in one day and another one the next day from a different dealer. Doesn't matter if you are a law abiding citizen. Buy away!!!

      I have a 17 Gen 4 and I plugged it. Only costs $8 and it aids in the magazine well. I too have heard that it can be used to assist in taking the magazine out incase of it getting "stuck" and also to use it to secure it to the shooter.

      ALCON, I am having problems with notifications or the lack of. When I reply or post to a thread I never get a notification that someone else has replied. But I do get notifications when I get a private message. I have changed my notification to "instantly-via email" and still no luck...

      I knew about the "recall" but they said if nothing is wrong with it then I really don't need to send it in. I've shot over 100 rounds in it and no failure yet. I want to keep it without the "M" stamp so i'll see. I know they will honor it for life so I'm not worried about it. Thanks for the info...
