Marlin glenfeild model 60 help
Not 100%, but I'm pretty sure the older and newer trigger control group function the same in the model 60 (except for bolt release) the changes were made so the same part could be used on the 795 mag fed gun. -

Got a project that's come to a halt due to lack of materials. I need some steel tubing 1.5" - 3" o.d.(ERW, cold rolled, DOM) The longest piece I need is 4' so I'd be ok with drops or scraps. Wow. Just did a quick peek at wiki specs, 20gr at 3000+ = 400 ft lbs! That's more than any .22mag I've seen data on! Also I had no idea the 27 Cal blanks they base it off of are 30+ mm in case length! -

Because .22mag. out of a 5 inch barrel ballistically matches a .22lr fired from a 16"+ barrel. And .22mag fired from a rifle comes close to matching the ballistics of an ar15 pistol in .223rem. As far as not being as powerful as 9mm, why would anyone buy a 9mm ar when .223 is more powerful... -
