Looking at Roaming Shot Range at 545 Scott Barr Road, Slaughter, LA (https://www.roamingshot.com). Considering having them coach me in 300-1000yard shooting when visiting WBR LA in fall. Appreciate any review/comment?
Living in Virginia, often visit family in BR, Lafayette, Thibodaux, etc. As non-member, on two occasions enjoyed shooting on SSC (short) rifle range. Since no one was on 1000yd range (?), asked if I could shoot but as non-member - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
Will have to drive two hours to Cutoff Range...
And who is going to tally and organize the data? Having comments from someone in Gonzalez has little value to someone in Lafayette unless driving through. I would like to see the results for Baton Rouge, what's the best?

In my day a one-on-one ass-whupping was always a gamble. Today it's five-on-one, knife, or gun. There's no longer honor, integrity, or fairness. If there was we could still look up to sport figures.
Well, I definitely wish the Complex the best of luck. Driving down from Virginia in mid-October to visit family in Baton Rouge. I am so confident in your efforts I am definitely bringing two ELR rifles. What's another 2-3 hours of driving! Planning on enjoying several hours of banging steel.

I try different ranges when I visit family in the BR area. Just be super cautious of yourself and others on ranges that do not have RSOs, especially public ranges. Different ranges have different rules but some people are not aware of safe firearm handling and react negatively even to polite...
