      Guinness beer, Rare steaks, and smoked oysters on a buttered baguette. Life is good. Traeger smoked @ 180 for 1-2 hours then reverse seared on the cast iron with butter, garlic, and thyme.

      A decent mre alternative is dehydrating or freeze drying food and then vacuum sealing it. Initial costs can be a bit much but it pays itself off eventually. I have a air fryer/dehydrator combo.
