Looking to shoot in the 100-150 yard range.

Also looking for a BDC style reticle, not the standard "v-plex" cross hairs.

    any suggestions are appreciated!

You can get the Primary 6x Fixed ACSS for 22lr. It has bdc drops in it. Nikon rimfire are also popular if you can get it.

I would look for something in a brand and budget you like that has an Adjustable Objective or even more convenient side parallax adjustment. Also, you want something in a good size for a 10/22. 1 inch or 30mm tube size is fine but you want an objective no bigger than 44mm with 40-42mm being better. It becomes hard to mount the scope unless you put it really high and have a stock with a high comb.

If you’re gonna shoot 100-150 yards a 3-9x40 should do fine even if it’s a bull barrel tack driver. Zero at 100 and you shouldn’t need a BDC, but if you worried about drop maybe a mil dot ret. That said, the Nikon 4-12 rimfire on my American gets me more eyeball shots on the bushy tails than I can count. Or you could try something like this Vortex. They can be found for less than $150 new.

Magdump is right on target with the Nikon. I have the 3x9 rimfire on my 10/22 and I’ve sent quite a few squirrels to that white oak in the sky. They are getting harder to find since Nikon is out of the scope business, but look around you may get lucky.

What is the Sonora line? Never heard of it.

That being said, I've been looking for something for my 10-22 and a 4-12 sounds fun.

I think its a big box/ academy line that they do. Duno.

Only place I’ve bought them was PSA daily deals. They both came with really nice cantilever mounts. I’ve not seen them in big box stores.

They’re still available for $150 but I don’t see them with the mount.
    Vortex lifetime warranty folks...

I have the primary arms acss fixed 6x32. I bought the fixed version to see how I like the BDC for 22lr. It is awesome. It is super fast out to 200 yards with standard velocity ammo. I plan on getting the 1x6 by 24 for another rifle.

Some of you may scoff at me but I bought a Simmons 22 Mag scope in 3-9X32 duplex. Dead accurate for years after dropping, banging around in my truck, kids shooting it. I mounted it on my 10/22 them moved it over to my Marlin 60. less than $50 from midway. It is brighter than my Nikon scope in a side by side comparison too. Why spend $2-300 on a rimfire rifle optic?? Just my .02 cents.
