10/22 takedown and takedown charger compatibility question

I am going to buy a takedown charger and probably a takedown rifle as well. Question is, are the barrels on the takedown charger and takedown rifle interchangeable. I'm thinking about SBRing one.

It will attach. I'm guessing it will also fire since the receivers are the same but I'm not sure.

My brother has a first generation Ruger Charger. He purchased a Green Mountain barrel for a 10/22 rifle that was shortened and recrowned and installed it in his Charger. Fit like a glove and is scary accurate.

yep, new take down charger and takedown rifle are interchangable.. issue becomes issue when you swap takedown charger barrel for takedown rifle barrel.. boom. SBR.
