I have a Hi Point .40 caliber handgun for sale. 3 years old.
Less than 50 rounds thru it.
one factory Magazine and a uncle mikes holster comes with it.

You pay the Firearms transfer fee ($15 @ Gene's)

    Asking $100

No room or reason to keep it, since the Glocks are taking up all the space.

Im in the Gonzales Area and work in Baton Rouge.

Buddy, there's no need for a transfer FTF. Just exchange cash for the pistol.

You can always do a witnessed BoS to cya...

spanky, i thought that the FTF was 'recommeded' and not required.
i just wanted to legally put my name as not owning it 'out there' in the JBT universe.
    Thats all.

its practically new in every way.

FTF=Face to Face. FFL=Federal Firearms License. The FFL is not required for a FTF sale. When you come to the house I can print you off a bill of sale for the gun (actually, I think there is one on here). Just sell it and have it witnessed and you'll be pretty good as far at JBTs are concerned.

Where are you located? I'm interested. You do not need to do an FFL transfer for a Face To Face (FTF) sale.

I think HiPoints are good guns.
