Any shops local to NOLA have a Glock 19 Gen 4 in stock?

So, I expect to be purchasing a Glock 19 soon, and was curious if anywhere close to or in NOLA had any Gen 4's in stock or on quick order. Hopefully not too price gouged either. Looks like Academy has them listed for $579, assuming you can find one.

No, and you probably won't see any for a while. Glock was already backlogged and this panic market hasn't helped.

I've had one on order with Baton Rouge Police Supply for a couple of months now. Was at Barney's in Metairie yesterday and he was backordered too. He did have 17's. BTW the price for 17's if you a cop is 398. My 19 on order is $433. Get the ameriglow tridium nite sites for extra $77.

Unfortunately this is what I was half expecting. I haven't actually looked for one while in any of the local stores since this purchase was a recent decision, and I wasn't sure what the wait was like.

Ok, since nobody has any in stock, and I know Academy gets in shipments every couple of days, does anyone know of a place that's getting Gen 4 19's in at all? I know it's a crapshoot, but I'm curious since I have the cash and the time off tomorrow.

I'm sure I'm being both hard headed and naive about this, but hey, why not.

Actually no, no trades. I sold a BNIB shotgun and have cash to spend. I don't do long guns, and it was something my father had bought for me on a whim a few years ago.
