not so newbie
This is a .45 model 1917 with the barrel chopped to about 3". It's a neat gun, just not quite what I want. No bad endshake, or push-off. Might need a new mainspring, but cycles fine. Would like to trade it plus cash on my end for another smith revolver in 45acp, with a 4" barrel or less and no lock (mdl 22-4 being the exception). Will come w/ 5 new Wilson combat full-moon clips. Will sell outright for $400. FTF only in the New Orleans/algiers/Metairie area.
