Is the Geissele worth the extra money? This will just be another SBR upper. I have BCM’s and they have been pretty much flawless. Bottom line is a BCM can be had with a good optic for the price of the URGI upper. Is it with the extra money?? Thanks

I have both and the Geisele is worth it in my opinion.

Keep in mind when you get the URGI, it comes with BCG, charging handle and buffer and spring. I think they are really high quality and a bargain for what you get. I have the p&w 14.5" which I really like and will be getting the 11.5" URGI very soon.

ive got a 11.5 BCM mk2 for way longer than ive owned my cqb... not exactly a 1:1 comparison to what you're looking at. but relatively speaking, my cqb makes it to the range with me almost all the time. while the mk2 stays at home (both sbr). while the mk2 hardly makes it out to the range with me, i cant seem to part with it.
is the cqb worth the nearly 4x the cost of bcm mk2? might be for the drip factor.
do i regret getting the bcm mk2? no way, it was my first love before i moved into high end stuff

i also have a LMT shovelnose 12" piston and its a better shooter while being suppressed.

going with higher stuff is a personal question only you could answer tho.

    good luck either way

The sale ends tonight. Killer deals but many are sold out. Looks like a 14.5 will be tagging along with the 11.5. 4-6 week lead time but no biggie. Should be about the time I’m healed up and able to pew-pew again. Thanks for the input.

Hmmm…haven’t been there in a few weeks. Maybe it’s time to head over. They don’t have the open box and blem items in the shop anymore, only online. I go there when I order transfer items. Bout 40min from PA. Thanks for the heads up. They have had many Spikes and Aero lowers on sale lately.
