WTB M1 Garand

I'm looking for a service or field grade M1 Garand. I am still planning on ordering one from CMP, but I figured it was worth a shot at asking here.

Boss, I dont remember the price, but I think it was @ $800-ish, but there is a nice Garand on consignment at LAGun+Reloading.

NIB, like a new production reciever SA?
I have seen some NIW GI Garands at the CMP store in Anniston, and they (consecutive SN pair) were like $25K at the time.

I guess I'm just going to order from CMP. I really can't justify spending that much more for the same rifle from CMP. Keep the offer coming though, as I've got to wait for my c&r license to get here before I can order.

You dont have to have a C+R to order. I was able to use my Hunters Ed card for approved shooting part, because there was a live fire exercise. If your already a member of LSA, they are a CMP recognized club.

Because I really didn't feel like paying the ffl transfer fee.

From CMP? There is no transfer fee. They will Fed Ex it to your house.
