Adult Self Defense Boot Camp

This is a 8 week session of self defense tactics (krav Maga) that are taught to the Israli Militarily, combined with extreme cardio drills that you must experience to believe.

The is being taught by the guy that trained Jennifer Lopez for the movie "Enough"!

Jason knows the stuff and has also been taught by this guy. It should be fun!
