Okay everybody, y'all don't know how many times I was going to sell this thing. I iffy on selling it but there is an other gun I want so badly I'm about to spaz. I made a deal with myself to spend as little "new money" on new guns as possible. It's meant to restrain my gun obsession. For a new gun, at least one old one has to go. I have also cleaned out my attic and sold some things. Still no bites on my scuba gear.
Anyway, here it is a 1944 stamped Sako M39. It has the stock that is fitted together with the little finger grooves...IDK if that good or bad but that's always mentioned when I see them for sale. Whoever did it knew what they were doing. It has proof marks on with the "gear S" stamps for Sako. It does NOT have a pristine bore but it does have good rifling and it shoots well. Before we exchange money you can look down the bore and decide for yourself. You won't hurt my feelings if you back out. The price is still $300 firm. To me the bore is still good and I'm iffy on selling it anyway.
