Keltec Sub2000 Gen 2

I'm picking one up this week. Is there anyone here who has one and if so what are your thoughts on it?

I have a gen 1...want a gen 2 that takes glock mags BADLY.

I LOVE my gen 1. Incredible little backpack gun. Extremely accurate

The Gen 2 is nice... very light... though it seems a little "flimsy" or "cheaply made" to me. The rail on it seems usable (the main thing missing from the Gen 1), with MLOC slots for additional modifications. There are a few included niceties... like quick disconnect sling mount points, the sights are improved, improved safety, a better "lock" system for when it is folded, the finally fixed the magazine release, among a few other things.

We had one at the shop. The way the front sight base is set up it makes me wonder how well a can would line up on it. Id be worried about cocentricity.

Just wanted to add HUGE thanks to jujutattoos for sending me the front sight. Literally shipped on his dime and everything. I tried to pay, he wouldn't let me.

I forgot all about this thread. All I've done is add a sling, a foregrip, a tube buffer and spring buffer. It is a blast to shoot and more accurate than I am.

I had one when they first came out and really liked the gun. I ended up trading it and have always wanted to get another since.
