I bought this here and now I wish to sell it for what I paid for it so I can put the cash towards optics. It is stripped and black like the top one in the photo. You must post here to get it and not by PM.

My only experience with these is inspecting it when I purchased it and then I placed it in my safe where it sits.

The CAV-15 MKI receivers (CAV-15 generations 1-4) have been discontinued since early 2003. We no longer have the capability to manufacture MKI receivers.

The nature of plastic parts is such that if there is a structural failure, we cannot repair it. Gluing, expoxy etc while making the part functional again, do not repair the structural integrity and problems are likely to arise again.

If you send in a MKI lower to be repaired and we determine that it cannot be fixxed, it will be replaced with a MKII lower.
