    Several retailers had the All black in stock...call the sponsors and them Jims/Cabelas/Bass Pro...etc.

    I cant remember which had it.

    Yeah, the .45 is a LOT of fun but I was training and shooting a lot then...major cost difference.

    I'm not wealthy or established, training is a significant expense for me...so I made the switch & dont regret it at all.

    My carry gun went from .45 to 9mm. I also went from uncomfortably carrying 7 rounds to comfortably carrying 13. With extra mag, that's 13 vs 25. Not to mention small .45s are not fun or easy to shoot well.

    For home defense, I do have a big ol' honking .45 in the nightstand though.

    Plus what manimal said, especially in today's ammo market. If I was only shooting .45s, I wouldn't be shooting half as much.

    And for the record, I know you were joking. ;)
