I have a high quality right hand CompTac paddle holster that was made with an enlarged sight channel for the tall suppressor sights on my USP Compact Tactical. It will also work fine with standard USP Compacts. You are welcome to check the fit with your gun before committing 100% to purchase. You could also wear it left hand cross draw if you were so inclined.
This holster mainly rode in the side door compartment of my Nissan Titan. It works great for that purpose and of course works great to quickly take on and off around the house or at the range. It is is in very good condition with some slight scuffs on the back of the paddle but no scratches or other damage.
