whats the barrel twist? also, does this have the integral bases on the reciever, or are they bolt-ons? I'm guessing bolt ons, since it has iron sights. ooh, this is tempting, I've been wanting a .223 bolt gun for a while now.

I believe that the barrel twist on these is 1:9. The rings are see-thru screw ons from weaver, allowing use of the iron sights still while scope mounted.
