I’ve been looking for some information on this gun. Very nice 1916 Model 1897 E 12 Gauge with full choke. 30 inch barrel. Partial re-blue. Thanks for any help in advance. It’s been on my family since it was new.

    Kennah!
I can only state the obvious.
It’s a takedown model and its value has been diminished due to the rebluing so it’s more likely a shooter than a valuable collectible.
Have a competent gunsmith check it for safety and enjoy shooting it is my take.
    It’s a beautiful gun overall.
