Brand new, was mounted on a rifle I bought. Rifle was never fired. Also comes with medium height rings. They sell between $45-60 online without rings. Also comes with see through scope cover. Perfect scope for a rimfire rifle. First $30 gets it. Or trade for .22 ammo or bipod.
